Pacific MAiD Access

Pacific MAiD Access is an independent organization in the Portland–Vancouver area, founded in 2026. Our purpose is to make medical aid in dying — long established in Oregon and Washington law — accessible in practice to the terminally ill patients who choose it.

We work with pharmacies, suppliers, and hospice organizations so that prescribed aid-in-dying medications are available and fairly priced, and so that cost is never a barrier to qualifying patients. We are also establishing a private guest home in the Portland–Vancouver area where patients can spend their final day with their families, at no cost.
